[WP THEME]Non-Profit/Charity Themes?

Hello, I want to start a charity website for my non profit organizations.
I use Wordpress some weeks to see how to use and I learn something

If somebody can recommanded me a nice charity template.
I don't really a download link, because I can buy one but if you have download link too is better.
And the theme to be easy to edit and to have some options like: Donation Button, price Tables and other.
