Can anyone fix Permalink problem? If the title contains a comma, then after published the post, it will leads to 404 page. Thanks

you just need to remove the comma on the permalink mate.

I am not sure about the description, but on title, its on settings. :) I have this script running on my site, but somehow I use 45 letters for the title (default). Because it would look ugly if you use too much characters on it.
