I think you would install it as usual - the trial version,
this would then put an icon on your desktop.
Right click the icon, and click 'visit file location'.

Then inside the installation directory videospinblaster-trial - replace the FILE - videospinblaster4.exe with the one provided above.

Then run as usual, any username / license inside the box to activate.
