Very Angry! Telstra Scam Overseas

Hello,

Just want to bring to the attention that my family was directly scammed last night by people contacting them claiming they were from their internet service provider. they actually managed to retrieve all personal info from my mother who was anxious and worried that her computer was infected. I contacted the fraud hotline and found out they tld her they were going to debit $5.00 from her account, then i found out from the fraud hotline they actually tried to steal $300 now my parents are pensioners they made my mum feel terrible. All members of bbhf if you here scams like this i don't believe this to be anything Blackhat hat tactics. This is simply stealing, they gained access by remote use with Aamy and team viewer i have now my mum has cancelled her card changed her phone number etc. I am bringing this to the attention of everyone in BBHF these people were indian and thus gives them a bad name so everyone out there be careful of this and please dont recourse to this type of way to gain money as this is plainly STEALING THEFT! If anyone can shed some light on this of whom and what site this is on this tactic please inbox me asap.
