Thanks for the post mate. But I have a query. I don't have much idea about this so I am asking. If use any software like MaxBulkMailer or something like that. Is there any need of use VPS? And if you please tell me more that why and when should I use VPS. I mean for sending how many mails should I use VPS service.

maxbulkmailer and other mailer needs smtp which of course vps has if the port25 is open, you can also rent an smtp directly without using a vps, you can even use proxies
