Useful Free App: Firewall App Blocker

For those that don't have a 3rd party Firewall app and want to block apps fast (instead of going through the red tape of windows firewall). Check it out...

"Firewall App Blocker makes the process of blocking apps very easy. Just Drag and drop the application that you want to block or use the browse button to select it, that's all. If you want to allow it again just use delete button.
