Use 10 Minute Email (Temp Email For Product Registrations)

This should save you some time and hassle. If you need a temp email to dump product download email, registrations, keys etc. Use this place:

I like mailinator.com
You don't have to go to their site first to get a temporary email. Just use.... (any word you want)@mailinator.com Then go to mailinator.com, type in whatever word you used, to check your mail.

Many of the popular AR services are starting to restrict services like this.

Little hassle, but if you have something like cpanel just just "forwarding" accounts and delete them every month or so. If I signup to something and learn I really like, change my email to good one anyway:) Like said, hassle but when the jokers share/sale your email (and many do), you can cut the email off and make a new one within minutes.
