Both single product and multiple products have their own advantages.

For single product store , its cost effective and you can start right away . but their is very low chance to make the winning product as you have just one product to sell . Their is no scaling ability as you will be limited by audience .

And for the multiple store , you have more products to test and their will be a fair chance u will find that one winning product that u can scale to the moon.
Another thing is scaling , in multiple product store , scaling is easy , as you will be collecting the pixel data and you can make lookalikes audience fast and easy.

Also for the multiple store you get the categories of the products , and you can add more products easily.

So i suggest , even if u r noob , Multiple product store works very best.
