Ok, a few quick details on what I do with the leads. These leads come from local clerks around the USA when someone registers a new business. They are not scraped or verified.

I do outgoing robo calls to businesses,using special software that I sell for $37/mo. The outgoing calls only cost 2 cents per minute. I get 1 sale for about every 500 outgoing calls.

Thanks for sharing those interesting details about your approach. Frankly, after reading the above post, I started doing a little research, and it seems, please correct me if you disagree, that robo calls are considered illegal by Fed agencies. In fact, and this is only what I found on Google, it has nothing to do with personal experience, if the recipient happens to be the really "wrong guy," they can hire a lawyer to sue you and could collect a minimum of $500 for each call; and, that's the low end.

Are you aware of these potential risks? If you are, and persist in promoting your site using robo calls, there must be something that you know which makes you take the risk. Can you share that here? Because until finding out what I mention above, I was ready to jump into doing robo calls, also. Thanks.
