URGENT: PAYPAL REFUND QUESTION
I have a BSO thread here on BBHF and one of our buyers (for some reasons best known to him) wanted a refund. We are willing to refund him but he was too quick to open a dispute and the Claim was "Item Not As Described".
I don't know if going through with this refund can led to a negative score on the account we used or not because if it will, it won't really be something we are willing to honour. I've already given the buyer an option to cancel the request so that we issue the refund manually from our end or send the payment back to him. He seemed to not want that. I am not really familiar with Paypal and but I know they can do and undo at the slightest chance. I just need to know the best option. |
