[TUTORIAL] How to load BBHF faster and clearer

I tried fasterfox plugin but even with it BBHF is still very, very slow :(

Admin please fix this slow speed. its horrible. Tried all these fixes and its still running slow. Its taking so long to load that my clothes are going out of style. paying for a membership should have a faster server with all the dues being paid.

I have a suggestion for this forum. Make the Design all flat! (lots of gradients design is heavy) Lesser GIF's (or completely remove). Next is instead of putting may stars image why not put numbers on it like 10stars or whatever. More modifications = More Space = Bloated Forum. The CONTENT inside in this FORUM is IMPORTANT (that's what matters most) than the DESIGN of the FORUM!

BBHF is the slowest forum ive ever visited so far! They should do something bout this problem. Browsing Speed really matters nowadays! I have the fastest connection is our country but still this site loads VEERRRY SLOOOWW!!

There are two problems:

1) Admin doesn't read these comments
2) Admin is more concerned about making this forum "pretty" rather than useable

Thats the truth - it seems that the admin doesn`t really care.. they made some money from our VIP accounts and left the forum on its own. I personally come very rare to this forum because i have to w8 around 2 mins for every post to load which in 2013 is very very slow. There are many nice guys here but the speed kills this community. I think that the things are going to get worse!
