Super VIP payment Problem

Hey Guys,

New Member to this forum ! :) Dont think im here only to leech , actually im really poor in doing SEO and stuff and so today i decided to buy the Life time Super VIP membership for 100$ .
Note : Im a Paypal User from India. My Account is Completely Verified and all the Sending and Withdrawing limit has been taken off .

Got ready to pay through the Subscription button given here and when i logged into my paypal account to pay it through my Credit I got this following error(Although all my Limits are removed)

Even then I tried to donate button and I'm now stuck up with this error :

i dont know what is the problem. There are no restrictions on the Credit card I used it from the company. i tried
to contact Admin but there was no reply . I know it takes some time to reply but since im really anxious about this im just posting here so that somebody can guide me how to be successful with the transfer or Is there any other way to pay the subscription fee. Please reply guys

Note : I have contacted Paypal and there has been no reply about this as yet . According to what i see the transactions of more than 500$ only arent allowed but this one is 100$ . and Please dont tell me to change the CC cause i dont have another CC as of now.
