Suggestions needed for setting up paid consultation

I would like to start online paid medical consultation. What i need is membership plugin which offer membership of 15 days or 30 days. I know most of the memberhip plugins like amember etc can do it. But i want to do the consultation through support ticket system. the client should able to open ticket. so which membership plugin work with correctly with this ? (wordpress is preferred as base as i have wordpress blog on same domain home).

Also is there any plugin which can deal with credit system, the client/member should able to purchase credits. and each credit one ticket or one question can be asked. If you have better suggestion please tell me. As i dont have investment for this, can't go for custom coded script.

Hey, I don't know about credits.
But, you can set up a membership site with any WP membership plugin, and also install BBPress or a question/answer theme (http://themeforest.net/item/ask-me-respo...ew/7935874 or http://themeforest.net/item/knowledge-ba...earch_list) and restrict these pages with the membership plugin.
You can set the membership duration or remove the members manually after the time you have agreed.
Paid Memberships Pro is a free solution. I use it as well.
Also You can create single paid products (with Easy Digital Downloads for free) and the exchange emails with the patient or consult on skype.
