let this be a lesson to all of you, ALWAYS PAY WITH CC/PAYPAL.

He didn't want to refund me either so I made a claim with PP after 4 months. Gave them all the info they needed and got my money back. It doesn't matter if it was from 11 months ago if you paid with PP or CC just make a claim/chargeback give them all the Skype logs and you will get your money back.

Also if you have paid him before his FBI stuff you will get your money back 100% because he doesn't have access to his old paypal anymore. Just make a claim wait 10 days and happy holidays.
