In order to attain this list size if you scrap your own, you will need to get at least 8 dedicated servers, with 8 copies of Gscrapers with their proxies, 8 copies of GSA Ser, 8 copies of GSA Captcha Breaker, 800 semi-dedicated proxies; and run these non-stop 24 hours a day for months to do scraping and verifying the submissions to get this list. The softwares, servers, proxies itself will come up to more than $5,800 over a period of a 2 months, and this is not even accounting for the time you will need to spend babysitting all these projects which will take up most of your time.
