Simple Wordpress plugin needed, will pay if price is right.

This should be very easy for an experienced coder.

I need a plugin that will increase a number (by a random amount) on each page load.

Example:

There have been 12,203 people who have visited this page.

NEXT VISITOR

There have been 12,207 people who have visited this page.

The above variables should be set in plugin settings.

STARTING NUMBER: xxxx
INCREASE RANDOMLY BY
1-7

No cookies needed
Don't care about IP
I may refresh the page myself via cron to increase number

There WILL be more than one counter and each needs to be independent from the other and created in Wordpress admin/settings

The actual delivery of the code should be available via shortcode (which will inherit styles from page)

I will run the plugin exec-php or similar plugin that allows PHP to run.
