Setup when managing social media campaigns for multiple clients

All social platforms are getting better at detecting online fingerprinting such as whether users are logging in from different computers, locations and IPs and looking at ways to make the process more streamlined. We are currently setting up a new chrome profile for each client with its own proxy using extensions and getting our clients to do the same. Looking for a better solution as we scale the business and hire some staff so looking into virtual desktop like amazon work spaces or something similar.

We previously used multilogin but became too expensive and requires setting it up on each device which becomes tedious. What your current setup and cost per client. We are not running any heavy duty software so its mostly day to day management.. Thanks
