What do you mean "sell a website"? On I created? Or is this a flipping situation? Do you already have a client and a finished website and are just looking for some way to broker a sale to them? Already have a client, but still developing a site and need an escrow service? Way too vague for a question that could have hundreds of answers.

Try to make connections with the businesses. It depends on your website type that which business can require such website. Try to promote online using social media. This will help you connect with more people.
