Selling XXX Forum

I'm selling a XXX forum with 28k members and over 6 million posts. The forum has around 1k unique views per day and it's been consistently generating about 2,000 USD every year since 2013 or so (it used to generate more than that before). All the income comes from VIP memberships (I don't run ads, affiliate programs, etc.) Also, all the money comes from VIP members that have been renewing their memberships for many years, so that money is almost guaranteed to keep coming in the future.

I don't do anything AT ALL to promote the forum. Also, out of the 28k members only about 5% are currently active. I spend most of my time in the forum (~2 hours weekly) generating and posting content for VIP members which consists of passwords for XXX sites. If you're not familiar with generating this type of content don't worry, I have access to hundreds of databases of popular porn sites that allow you to have fresh content for VIP members every day. I would give all the databases to a buyer.

The regular XXX sections of the forum are filled with new content every day. There are several members posting new content practically 24/7.

The forum doesn't allow guests to browse the main content, so it gets little traffic from search engines right now. Because of this I'm sure the SEO rank is crap. With some promotion, reaching out to inactive members and SEO work, the forum would grow traffic and revenue substantially.

I should also mention that the VIP section I have in the forum is really good. We're talking of thousands of threads (over 1,500 in the current year alone) with passwords for the best XXX sites in the world (brazzers, mofos, czechav, met-art, nubiles, tushy, abbywinters, ftvgirls, realitykings, etc., etc.) If you already own a porn site you can easily turn this forum into a VIPs only option for your current traffic.

It used to generate more than that before. At one point it was generating more than 1k per month, which could've been heaps more if I hadn't restricted the income to VIP memberships.

I didn't have a lot of experience with hosting then, so during the few years when the site had significant traffic I struggled a lot with servers, lots of database crashes, time-out errors, constantly moving to new servers, etc.

The situation became too frustrating, so I decided to stop promoting completely and have a smaller, but easier to manage forum.

The 2k per year may not be much, but it's generated almost on auto-pilot (takes me about 2 hours of work per week.) With more work the potential of generating significantly more money is definitely there.

I've been receiving a lot of PMs from people asking how much I want for the forum. That's great, I appreciate the interest, but unfortunately, I never hear from them again. My inbox space is limited, so in order to avoid filling it and to hopefully only receive serious offers, here's the situation.

I've received 10 actual offers. The highest is of $5,000, but I'm not happy with the conditions set by the potential buyer. I have another one for $3,500, I haven't heard from this potential buyer in several days, so I'm not sure if the offer was actually serious.

The other offers range from $500 to $2,000. At the moment I'm not interested in such amounts, especially because in the last 3 months I've made over $1,000 with the forum, maybe because of the pandemic, but regardless, I think it's possible to keep getting this income on a regular basis and of course, grow it.

Right now I would sell the forum for $3,500, if you have a different offer, let me know, although you already know that at the moment I'm not interested in sub-$2,000 offers. :)
