Can you please tell us how you make it work?
It's a portable version, so there is no need to install this version and it works from a USB drive. Basically, once you download it from zippy, then uncompress it with Winrar, click the exe and it should load up. I have tried this on both 32bit and 64bit Windows. You can go to techsmith.com to see overview videos on how the features work. But I find this software to be the most easiest to use.
