Scraping question

Hey,

So until recently, I had my emaillist in 1and1. It was cheap till they recently changed to credit based sending. At that point it just wasn't worth it anymore.

I do have a problem now. Because with 1and1 I cannot download my list. Had contact with their support and they pretty much confirmed this. So now I need to scrape it. And here is my question:

If I would download all pages, is it possible to use some excel macro or other macro to scrape all emails off the pages? And how would that work?

I hope someone can give me some pointers on this.
