Here is my review:

I got a review copy from the seller. The guide containing 4 pages. The main concept behind this business model is "Rent something for a Year or two and sell ". I will not disclose that "something" here. But everyone in this forum is aware of that. So the things is not new to anyone. Demand of those things increasing gradually. So stock that things and sell later will definitely give profit to you.

There is an investment part. I think this will be a problem for most of them. But the business model is legit. I think this business model has certain restriction on some country. Like, in my country I simply cannot invest $2000 to purchase the things seller mentions. I must have to submit a certain valid documents and also some extra information.

Seller gives 3 Monetization strategy which helps you a lot. Seller also gives some information about where you can find your potential client.

Conclusion: This guide is just a business idea you can think. If you really going to invest then you must have to research more. It clearly based on your geographic location whether it is possible.

This is purely whitehat business that I can give the surety. We all know that very well about the product. but this guide will give you real insights about how to do it from scratch.

Again Please remember that you need some technicality to run this business effectively.

This service demand in the real world is increasing day by day for sure.

Also, you need to submit the real documents to do this business that is why this business is white hat.

Yes, you can surely make money if you are investing and handle the customer very well.

Also I can see that the OP has really Good knowledge in what he is telling in this Ebook.
