I got few questions:
1) I guess you are French or you speak French, right? I ask because I do.
2) What about 2 dedicated ip? for my domain name, the costs?
3) The theme wplms doesn't work on my host, because apparently some script restriction, Can I test on your server? and if it doesn't work, do you offer refund?
4) What about the support? do you have a direct way to get in touch with you except skype and email, I mean any ticket system etc?
5) Are you a registered company in France or elsewhere?
6) How does the backup works?
7) As resellers, do we have a whm access too?

I'm mainly interested in the resellers packs, but first i need to test wplms.

Hi there,

I will be relaunching a new U. S server by tomorrow with a whole load of features. I a not from France. I can answer your questions.

1. No I am not French. I am based in AU but have a couple of servers.
2. AT this time the shared hosting does not provide additional IP's
3. Yes it will work on the U.S Server and if it doesnt work, will give you a refund
4. When the U.S server launches (New website, new branding) you will have Live chat support plus ticket support.
5. Company is in Australia. (I have been in this forum for a while and have 12 BSO's here, so you wont have to worry about my commitment and support)
6. The U.S server will use JETBACKUP and daily backups are done to offsite. We can do hourly backups at an extra charge.
7. We will have a Reseller and a Master Reseller option on the U.S server and yes of course you get WHM access.

P.S: The French server will no longer support Reseller services. Wait for a new updated BSO for this that will land sometime tomorrow hopefully.
