Last time I used their support, I got the reply within 10 hours! Maybe you will have to wait at least a day in order to get the reply!

Maybe they haven't received your message! You can try one more time.. if your questions are relevant then they will reply! They send me emails every week about the updates that they are making on this tool. I think they are really great at customer support.

I subscribed for six months because its cheap as compare to monthly basis! So, I would suggest you to go for six months.

I think six months deal is great! But, if you just want to try it out then you can go for 1 month. This is a very powerful tool and you must have it if you are very serious with your IM business.

I believe that it's an underground tool, but not a new one! It's a year old tool and many IM experts use SECockpit. It is integrated with SEMOZ as well as many other Keyword research tool. Many ppl don't know about this tool, but those who know it and use it are very happy and satisfied with he effectiveness of this tool!
