Depends on the SSD.
The pre-sandforce controller Intel SSDs and the Crucial range should be fine. There are far worse things than GSA for your SSD (Like accidentally running defrag, or Video editing/rendering). |

Just buy a VPS. Then put the tool to the desktop of the VPS and run the tool. A VPS is just like your computer but it is rented. You can view the screen of the VPS by connecting using the remote connection function on your computer.

Infact you should always run GSA on a VPS. The results are always way better.
