I want to start a project!

I am looking for 3 poeple, 1 advanced PHP and mysql skills, 2 html, css and js

This project will lead this 3 poeple to help build and run a website, all have 1/4% ownerage,

I reckon this project will bring in a lot of money. but i cant do it solo.
