I dont know what you are thinking but you cant get it unless you belong in to a company or an organization etc went in to an agreement and bought it for there employees. What YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP IS the PROGRAM CODE.

Basically You need the Code to get that offer

What is wrong with the student.bfcc.edu? I create an account there myself just a few days ago and my account works every day.
I try it for the microsoft link that you give. It does not work with MS but you can still create an .edu e-mail
