Here's my review:

This is a 4 page PDF guide. It will tell you how to join a program to become affiliated with it. There's a manual way of doing it by meeting all the requirements which requires time to finish. There's also an easy way where you can buy a ready made account. You need investment.

OP teaches where to get the needed requirements in order to earn money. He gives out links to suppliers on where to buy accounts and some other stuffs to get the ball rolling.

He also tells on the PDF how to make your account in the safe side. You need to join a forum to get this account or if you don't want to buy it, you can create your account yourself but it takes time to be eligible on the program.

I can see a lot of potential in this guide. It requires time to get your first payout. Also, it needs investment to get started. If you are scared to invest in this guide, this is definitely not for you. If you're not scared to invest at least $200, then $1k is achievable.

That's all I can say about this guide.

My Review: This method is very achievable and also i see the potential to make a steady $200-$500 per month with it but you will have to spend 1-2 hours per week to maintain the revenue!

Review:

The 4 page guide is a quick read and without fluff.

This is a pretty easy method to setup and it doesn't take much time to maintain it.

If you want to do things yourself, then it will only require a couple of hours a week.

Instead of doing things on your own, OP has provided options for this method to be on autopilot which is great.

It is possible to be able to earn $500+ a month with this method. U just have to meet the initial requirements and get the everything setup initially. Then, you should be able to make pretty easy passive income with this method.
