It has to be completely fixed, but right now I can't invest enough time to fix it completely, so I'm leaving the file here in case someone else wants to take over.

If I find some spare time and noone has taken over this file, then I will try to fix it completely.

This is the only file that's obfuscated/encoded, all other files are plain source, and none of them has any license checks.
