I found a massive amount public domain training, resources, etc. called "Public Domain Blueprint" from Tony Laidig, who is the author of the information you are requesting... Also be sure to do a search here on BBHF for "Tony Laidig" - "Public Domain" - "Resource Database" - etc. (must use " " in search to narrow it down and to be more specifc)... You will find all kinds of goodies... And, one of the main keys to finding things here on BBHF is the patience to go through every post on every page of every thread pertaining to what you desire to find...
