I bought this quite a while back.

Basic gist of it was to pick a niche and create Top 10 lists. Top 10 soccer goals, Top 10 touchdowns, Top 10 celebrity couples...whatever. Just keep it all in your niche.

Use google to come up with ideas, then do google image searches to string together into videos. IIRC, he just said to use youtube's video editor/creator. Could be mistaken.

The idea was to crank out as much content as possible, hopefully getting something to go viral. It touched on real basic SEO via using fiverr gigs.

Wasn't at all impressed.

he's using inspect element to edit the screenshot. india people usually do this to bragging the screenshot. how did I know ? because instead of using 1 tab browser and click the link, he create 2 tabs to show his earning and his stats. just ask him to create a video where he login, go to dashboard, and see the earning loaded. or just ask him to refresh it.
