Kick in balls, gouge eyes, run or just run and hope they don't chase you.
Video learning isn't the best strategy to learn self defense methods. If this is something you want to learn you should go to Muay Thai, Judo or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. This way you can gauge how good you really are with a non-complying opponent before feeling too confident. |
