Hi. I am glad to have joined this excellent community. Hope to contribute in some ways at least for starters through review of products. I am in the mailing list of most of the top marketers.

This is my first post, comment and review.

Further to itshim's review, I have some points to add.

REVIEW OF VIDLIFY
I have bought a few of the product owner's launches. But not this one. I went through the webinar by the product owner as well as his partners.

The product is pitched as "SEO Friendly Video curation tool".

1. During the webinar, I have many of my questions answered, but not 2 which I have asked many times. The owner, did not even acknowledge them, leading me to belief he has "something to hide"
I wanted to know
a. whether there is a way of selecting videos to be curated besides based purely on keyword alone, perhaps number of searches, ranking of the video to be curated, likes, shares etc.
b. also what happens if there is CTA in the video itself, how to find out.

These 2 questions were "refused" to be answered by the product owner.
I then when to the website and post these 2 questions to the person handling the chat.
As to question a, the short answer is no. As this is only a basic video search tool.
As to question b, again, cannot make amendments.

So in short, what is the point of just selecting videos to be put on your site, if you still have to manually view the videos to determine the quality as well as whether there is CTA embedded in the videos. No point in having the videos in your site giving leads to the original owners right?

2. The site is hosted by the product owner. I have problems with this as you have no control over the site. This is definitely not acceptable as site control is everything.

3. At the moment, one is only given subdomain. But there is immediate plans to include having this point to your domain. But the site is still hosted by the product owner.

Looks like this is a rush job as there is not enough thought put through that this is pure basic. One needs to have own domain and hosting for own biz. Why do we need them to host for us?

4. If you want to flip the site (build and sell), you need to buy the developer licence (ie OTO 1), costing $67.

5. SEO friendly. This tool is touted as being SEO friendly, allowing one to put in one's keywords in the title, description, tag etc. I do SEO for offline clients.

It is pure basic that SEO has to do more than just keywords in title, description etc. We need to know the search volume, level of competition, quality of competition, how many likes, shares, backlinks etc. Which this tool does not provide. However, they claim this helps in SEO. I guess, they just try to answer the potential question people may ask which is once one builds the site using the tool, how does one promote or market the site.

In the review, I try to be objective whether it is worth to download for each person to have a play at the software or ino. If it is good, we should support by buying.


Conclusion: FAIL. Not worth in downloading, even if it could be nulled.

After reading this, I was going to ask for a refund too, but here is the thing. I picked it up for $14.00 , even if I just use this on a clients fanpage to import their own youtube channel. I gotr my money. BUt unfortunately, I was baited and hooked, That is about the only use I can get out of this.I was worried about traffic hitting my shared hosting but my video will most likely be viewed from a community of 12,000 population....how much could that really hit my server?

anyways....it's the upsell's that do it all, and even then. your building someone else's domain
