[REQ] Tool to insert HTML form data into PDF
I am building a site in which a user will input several fields of data. I would then like this data to be inserted into a PDF (not editable, but read only format) and then be available for the user to E-sign and submit this document. Is there a solution like this available anywhere, a PHP script or anything? Can someone code it for me? :) Please PM with info.
