@xman10: I'm just glad you were able to get the ebook you asked for. I've had this happen before, so you're not alone; still, it's a setback for anyone trying to reach you.

I always PM the people who post requests that I try to help; either to say their request has been fulfilled or to ask a question if I need more details. While it's frustrating not being able to "get through," I'm also not even sure if a little "inbox housekeeping" is the solution. It could just be that certain members have built-in account restrictions until which time they are upgraded.

As of the time I write this, you have a very good reputation (561). I see you as a valued member so it could be that you were inadvertently overlooked somehow.

If I were you, I would PM Lala to see if you are overdue for any account upgrades --- like expanding your inbox to allow more messages to be sent and received; adding credential badges based on your contributions to the community, etc. If you decide to contact her, type her username in lowercase letters (lala); I believe the person using the initial capital "L" (Lala) is someone else.

I can imagine this forum keeps its moderators busy and it's understandable if they may not get around to everything on their "to do" lists in a timely manner. Lala has been very helpful to me over the years. She can tell you if you are overdue for any account enhancements but you may need to bring it to her attention.

I just tried to PM you again (to link you to this post) but nothing has changed. I still cannot get through; so the inbox housekeeping thing I suggested is not the solution. It seems these PM limitations or quotas would have to be addressed with a moderator.
