I have been reading this book and it is like nothing I have seen before

Most of the books / self-development focuses on changing your behaviors and if it succeeds, and that is a big if, it will affect only one area of your life

For example, if you are afraid of approaching women, many books ask you to start small, don't be afraid, nobody is going to know, etc and don't get me wrong it works but it feels like white-knuckling all the time

The area of change is often directed to one specific area in life

However, if you change the self-concept(identity) like I am attractive or I am a fast learner, etc. it affects all areas of your life(dating, business, etc)

The thing I like about Steve is that he makes things clear and gives practical steps to build your own self-concept

It is like installing software in your head - say you want to install confidence - you just use the process that he describes and boom your behavior automatically changes

I'm going through the book slowly and it is absolutely brilliant. Hope somebody shares the video though. Like learning through it
