In the meanwhile, you can use Onlywire/Syndwire and these are way more effective when you combines it with others (OnPage+OffPage) to achieve your ranking.

My suggestion- Video Ranking doesn't mean only the syndication, It mostly depends on channel age, authority, the number of videos, the number of videos views and likes, your individual video's on-page, off page etc... You can consider a channel as a website and work according to that. Just my thought guys!

Excellent points Silent Warrior! IFTTT is also another option, for just the time to set up the recipes you could have unlimited client propagation. Reps to you!
