Hello BBH friend

i have some problem my laptop infected virus worm, rootkit and trojan

infected in system32
- svhost.exe
- explorer.exe
- spoolsv.exe

the name virus Win32:VB-OJQ
and i always open file .exe all cannot open this file infected
and move to chest in avast

i already reinstal windows 7


but this virus cannot deleted


please help me solution

and give me any software full version to clear it

i confuse with this virus

reinstall your windows. Open IE and download Norton Internet Security 2015 (trial is ok). Setup it. Update the software (take some time). Scan your whole laptop. Now it's clean again
