You don't need this tool because facebook lets you do this automatically. When you make a post just copy and paste the URL into the comments area where you're going to make your post. FB then provides a default image and makes the image automatically clickable to the website of the URL. You can then upload any image you want and you can delete the default image that FB recommends when you first add the URL to the comments field. There are a lot of vids on youtube showing how to do this. Here's a vid showing how to do it from inside FB without the need for any 3rd party tool...
