I have not tested the theme. But you should extract the file once you download and place the zip file of the following oldpaper_child.zip and oldpaper.zip I guess what you did was you download and import the theme directly on your cpanel or wordpress. +rep if this information help |

The problem is the file itself.

rename the folder ur extracting in, there are to many characters and windows cant create a folder with 1000 characters .. or download from this new link and use extract here and it will work .. i renamed it and tested the new archive http://www53.zippyshare.com/v/AJ2hOUbR/file.html
