Hey guys,
I just came across this thread and remembered that I recently got a share on this forum which was all about Linkedin.
I can't remember who the share was from, at the moment, but it had a bonus folder that contained a pdf called;

'The Missing Link'

Now, I don't know if it is the same 'Missing Link' as you are looking for, but it certainly looks to be worthy of a look at least.
I haven't gone through it in any detail yet, as I have been pretty busy.

Anyway, I uploaded the pdf to Mediafire. Have a look and see if it helps.
