Now, I don't want you to think I'm picking on you (I'm not). I do try to encourage anyone I help to become a valued member of this community if their reputation shows me that they currently are not.

You shouldn't expect someone to upload an 11GB file for you when your reputation number shows you haven't "gone to bat" for others in need.

With more people taking than giving, this forum is becoming less attractive to those of us who share because we bear the burden of re-uploading our own shares because very few people mirror what they download.

Newcomers to this forum need to learn to read threads by the post dates before they ask for re-ups. The older the last posts, the less likely they are to get fresh links.

Newcomers to this forum need to learn how to utilize black-hat search techniques to find files on their own. A lot of the time, you can find downloads for the stuff you want (ebooks, especially) with a simple Google search.

Newcomers to this forum should understand that it takes time, energy and resources to share. It takes a few seconds, at most, to post a request.

Please, start providing value and when you need something, those you can count on to provide value will gladly try to help. But it looks selfish to ask for the moon and stars and not give back at lease occasionally.
