This is the craigslist middleman strategy that was posted here before. The product owner just repackages it and has different faces selling it. Graphics are the same and some of the testimonials are similar I believe:

It's quite funny the seller used a stock pic: https://www.drclevens.com/breast/male-breast-reduction to represent himself or maybe Dr Clevens used the seller's pic without their permission.
