For anyone who is looking for this, I just put it up on a free download site to test it out. It downloads in about a minute on high speed cable, but site states "1mb per second" downloads on a free account. Perhaps get it up to some other sites if needed.

That's not a premium site. I just uploaded a 561mb file as a totally free user. Didn't even have to register. It allows free downloads @ 1mb/sec. I tested it on my own HS cable connection. It took a minute. I'm uploading the file to MediaFire (a new account I just created after seeing this block), and it's taking longer to upload there than at the site mentioned above. I'll post the MFire link when it's done.
