[REQ] Lawyer WP THEME

Hey Folks!

I am requesting a copy of two themes for a lawyer client. Want to set them both up with their content then after they pick I will buy.
I just want to save money so I don't buy both themes.

One is already shared but I need new version since old one is broke.

If anyone have experience with either of these themes I would like to know why you would pick one over the other.
She wants to pick Maxim for its looks but I feel like the other one would get her more clients.
