RE: [REQ] Info Profits Academy
Hey I have a similar course that I got from TheWSODownloads dot blogspot dot com It is called 'EZ Video Profit Kit' it is about Skillshare but the information can be used for udemy as well. But i recommend Skillshare, because they have this membership type payment system that i think (and many will agree with me) is going to be the future because people love membership sites. And it is less expensive then udemy, plus it more profitable then udemy and this guy will tell you how to rank on page one for this, and i have seen people make the most simplest tutorials on skillshare that you can easily look up on YouTube and recreate it but i think it is unethical, and so it what I'ms doing here. And did.

RE: [REQ] Info Profits Academy
As shown in the screenshot on the sales page, his Jan 2017 income plunged to $792 and apparently now I believe it is only a few hundred dollars. Skillshare's payment model for instructors changed with the new year and now they pay only for minutes watched by Premium members. The good days lasted only until Dec 2016 when it was comparatively easy to earn money by having members enroll in the course with a much higher earning which was per student enrolled.

By the way, the Udemy payment model is much superior and the same instructors who have courses on both platforms are earning much more there. Quite a few have even quit Skillshare after the payment model changed.

RE: [REQ] Info Profits Academy
Well it just seems like udemy courses are harder to create. Also I would love not to be tied down to just say IM/marketing, but be able to branch out. I don't know if that's possible without annoying my earlier subscribers about something that is totally unrelated to what they joined to begin with.

btw Ricky can you recommend any courses on making good udemy courses easily and how to market them?

RE: [REQ] Info Profits Academy
Udemy courses are longer but not difficult. Udemy has a free course for Udemy instructors which is sufficient for beginners and is the best. No course will show you how to do it easily but I can give you a few tips.

Choose a niche that is in demand. If you already have an account with a course in one niche - I believe you can create a new account for a new niche as I have observed instructors who have more than one official account without using a different name. Then go through all the best YouTube videos and website content, and Udemy/ Skillshare courses on the topic, all the while taking notes. Create your course keeping in mind that it should be at least 1 hour long, though Udemy's minimum is 30 minutes. Using slides and a few demos of what you want to show them on the web or by your self will do. Just make sure that your content is not too basic. If you took time to find your content then it means that most of those who watch your course will not have found it because most people are too lazy to do deep research. Promote first by giving away free coupons on the dozens of Facebook groups (and this forum!) and then discount coupons on Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Insta depending upon where your audience hangs out. The best form of promotion is to publish more courses so rinse and repeat. Good luck.
