The 'Dark" web is a tiny microcosm of the 'Deep' web. BUT....According to these few articles below, the Deep web IS about 500 (or more) times larger than the 'public' web. The reason for that is because the Deep web includes the billions of private pages/non public accessible pages of the entire internet. Meaning, databases, scripts that aren't publicly searchable, private and firewalled sites, etc. Basically, the backbone of the public web, as well as private web properties. Now I'm a bit more interested. Hopefully everyone saw the link to the book by now!
