I need to know the best customer interaction wordpress plugins for a client, as i feel i'm going to have to pay for a custom wordpress plugin, I need a manual ordering quote kinda thing, order tracking, stuff like that

If you mean something like those to get quotes from customers, why not check out nopcommerce if you haven't. I hope that is what you are looking for.

In customer order we need to see this
When the customer or us put the product or package in the order it produces a box for artwork per item of everything in the order to upload the jpg for approval then for each item to have a status box to update thru each stage of production.

The status box consists of this Art Approval, 50% deposit paid, Print process, Cut process, sew process and check in process

At any and all times we need to be able to send a customer an online order form from their order we created or they created and it to be available at all times for them to fill out on their account.

We need a place to upload the pdf of their invoice for customers review and another place to put monies owed so they can pay online.

Also would really like for them to be able to reorder from jobs once they have been completed can pick the products they want from old job to do reorder.

Last little bit if possible a tracking system for customers so we can credit them for when they refer teams to us, every 4 teams they refer they get a free set of jerseys




That is what he wants done, so i think it will have to be a combination of plugins?
