My left nut says he's spamming CPA offers to craigslist posters.

Example:

-find bizopp/MMO CPA offer (surveys, email submit, whatever)
-draft up a simple email with a CTA to said offer
-copy and paste email responding to anyone has recently posted a job gig trying to get hired
-rinse and repeat for as many cities as you want

Example 2:

-find a car insurance offer (form fill out)
-draft up a simple email with a CTA to said offer
-copy and paste email responding to any person (i.e. - not a car lot) that has posted their car for sale or wanting to buy a car
-rinse and repeat for as many cities as you want

Maybe there's a software or bot that automates it.

No idea if this is actually what the "course" (lol..."course"...lol) is actually about, but I bet it is with how ghetto everything else is about it.
