[REQ.] Free or very low cost and VALID .edu account ??

I tried searching here for such info after seeing an offer for this in the new posts, and it is disappointing how it is simply not possible (by any way that I know of ??) to do a search using 'edu' or '.edu' here.

Using web searching I then found methods which are outdated and/or banned mostly - and some offers for as low as $2USD with no reported successes or good FB - and others charging $15-20USD for what looks like the same things that do have some good FB.

Plain and simple there are things which are needed that will only be affordable right now with the discounts possible using an EDU email and the offers which apply that way - so any help in obtaining one from a valid and lasting source will be hugely appreciated.
